SpinAI 360 ("the App") lets merchants generate an interactive 360° product spin from a handful of product photos, and display it on their storefront via a Shopify theme app extension.
When you install and use the App, we collect and store:
The App does not request access to, and does not collect, any customer-facing personal information (names, emails, addresses, order history, etc.) from your store or its shoppers.
Product photos you upload are sent to our AI generation service to produce the 360° spin sequence. The resulting images are stored so they can be displayed on your product pages and re-used without regenerating them. Usage records are used solely to track your plan's included generation quota and are reported to Shopify for billing purposes.
We use a third-party AI generation service to turn uploaded photos into a 360° spin sequence. Uploaded photos and generated images are transmitted to and hosted by that service on our behalf. We do not sell or share your shop's data with any other third party.
We retain your shop's product spins and usage records for as long as the App is installed. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted from our systems within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's data protection requirements. We also respond to Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks as required by Shopify's API Terms of Service.
