SpinAI 360 — Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By installing or using SpinAI 360 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The service

The App lets you generate an interactive 360° product spin from photos you upload, and display it on your storefront. Generation is performed by a third-party AI service on our behalf. Generated results are AI-produced approximations of the uploaded photos and may not perfectly match the physical product in every detail.

Your content and responsibility for uploads

You are solely responsible for the photos and product information you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or otherwise have all rights necessary to upload it and to have it processed by our AI generation service.
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The content is not illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
• The content does not depict real, identifiable people without their consent.

We do not pre-screen uploaded content before it is sent for generation. We reserve the right to remove any generated content, and to suspend or terminate access to the App for any shop, if we reasonably believe an upload violates these terms.

Plans and billing

The App is billed through Shopify's App Pricing on a monthly subscription basis, with a fixed number of generations included per plan per billing cycle. Unused generations do not carry over between cycles, and switching plans takes effect immediately, resetting your cycle's quota to the new plan's included amount.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generation will always succeed, that results will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
